Tracy Boyd is the Creator, Executive Producer and Director of Tracy’s Diary. In recognizing that creativity makes up a great portion of who she is and discovering it is okay to be the person she was created to be, Tracy Boyd has embarked on a journey toward lifetime achievements. This California native was born in San Francisco, but brought up in Sacramento. The charisma that has stuck with her was a part of her upbringing, as she grew up in church singing in the choir. Career life choices she credits to a “God given” calling. Up until now, Tracy has been a hidden gem. She has spent time working on the talents she was blessed with by polishing her skills and perfecting her gifts.

Education: Tracy is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) twice with a Master of Arts in Education, School Psychology, August 2010, and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Media Communication, May 2004. In addition, she holds an Associate in Arts degree in Communications Media, TV Production, May 2001, from Cosumnes River College.
She has received numerous honors and achievement awards.
The artist and producer started singing and dancing around the house as a child, practicing with simulated microphones, imitating her mother. She took ballet and tap dance and piano lessons. In junior high school she played alto saxophone. Tracy went from writing poems to writing lyrics. She posed for mock fashion shoots with home cameras and attended three modeling schools due to many encouraging her to be a model. Of course, the commercials in the mirror were on the list of dos for this aspiring star. Tracy: “I brought the neighbors out of their houses once when I was a child; I walked down the street singing Chaka Khan’s rendition of “Every Women” at the top of my lungs.” Instead of watching TV, she preferred to listen to music.
Courses Tracy completed in college range from, but is not limited to: education – school psychology, voice, dance, audio engineering, musical instrument digital interface (midi), piano, percussion, journalism, German language and an internship at a television station. Collectively, the courses fed her appetite of being herself and added to her spirit. With developed character, she is now being who she was made to be!
She has experience as a freelance writer and executive producer, producer, crew person, scriptwriter and anchor of college television broadcasts. She also has experience in acting for a national network television program, modeling and is a Webmaster of Modelshoptv.com.
Current projects include growing the non-profit youth organization she founded, Tracy Boyd Project, Inc., completing a CD she started, writing, producing quality family television programming and hosting Tracy’s Diary.
