What about green tea? It could save a life

Would you believe that green tea is linked to lowering cholesterol in a cholesterol-rich diet?

Green tea was used in an intervention study, which showed improved glycemia and insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes because serum ferritin was reduced by 50 percent after drinking it.

It is linked with a lower incidence of cancer, cardiovascular disease and neurodegenerative disorders.

Research suggests that green tea prevents cancer growth and slows the wrinkling process in skin.

There are approximately 4,000 substances that are good for the heart, digestive system, bones and other areas in the body found in green tea.

When I write about health matters and produce video about it, I am doing so because I have carefully researched the topic and I believe it will benefit my life as well as the life of many others.

I believe in laughter, getting enjoyment out of life and living life fully by consuming what is real, safe and proven to be true. What does that mean? Fruits, vegetables and herbs for consumption are real, safe and proven to be healthy along with water and many elements that I might discuss. From my perspective, these foods contain life in them and give life back to us. I purposely eat a big Gala apple to gain energy from it. I have witnessed its fortitude repeatedly.

Our programming is designed to bring life and health practices that will add quality to your life. Take in as much as you can because life is precious and we have this time now to live it truly by loving ourselves.

Rationale for alternative medicine
and natural remedy:

In general terms, medical establishments receive research grants to find cures for diseases and treat them. Traditionally, the medical science field uses surgery, radiation and chemotherapy to treat cancer. This is not always a successful solution regardless of all of the countless dollars spent on research grants that are given to discover a probable cure for this disease and the others. Once a cure is found for the disease, do you believe that research grants would continue as lucrative revenue sources for traditional treatments? This does not mean that medical professionals oppose to finding cures, I would argue it is a passion for some. But, the fact that many diseases continue in spite of traditional methods, other alternatives for cure should be examined.

Exercise and Wellness

Interestingly, findings from a research study proved that health club members who exercised for a period of at least two months were in better health psychologically than non-members (Edwards, 2006). The findings indicate that various components of psychological well-being were the result of physical exercise. The findings were deemed more significant after considering that the 26 health club members, for the most part, were seasoned exercisers.
